du Invites SMEs to 6th Business Help Roadshow of 2014 in Deira, Dubai

SMEs in the UAE are invited to the du’s sixth Business Help Roadshow, which will be held in Deira, Dubai, from 10am-6pm on 12 November, in Murjan 1-2, Rayhan Rotana Hotel at Al Ghurair. The Business Help Roadshow gives small and medium enterprise (SME) customers the opportunity to meet face to face with du’s experts, for advice and rapid query resolutions.

Hany Fahmy Ali, Executive Vice President – Enterprise Business Commercial, du, said: “Our Business Help Roadshow has proved a highly successful addition to our SME-assisting portfolio this year, and we’re very pleased to be wrapping it up on a high note.

Having taken the roadshow across the emirates – from Dubai to Sharjah, to Ras Al Khaimah and Abu Dhabi, now back to Dubai, we’re looking forward to launching it again in the new year. Deira was the perfect ending point for us, as it is the true hub of SMEs in Dubai and the UAE, and home to a significant number of our customers.”

The Business Help Roadshow is a monthly event, rotating throughout the emirates. At the sixth Business Help Roadshow, du will bring billing and technical telecom experts to Deira to discuss issues, challenges and questions in face-to-face sessions.

Previous Business Help Roadshow events, held in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah, and Abu Dhabi, were extremely successful, with customers who visited having their issues resolved instantly.

The inaugural Business Help Roadshow was launched in March 2014. As the first event of its kind, the Roadshow goes to the customers in order to address their needs within their own areas, in a full-day open house format that invites attendees to share their issues, challenges and questions in the areas of billing, technical, and sales for both mobile and fixed services. du’s experts will be on-ground throughout the event, offering face to face sessions to deliver faster resolutions – with a majority of customer issues raised at the first event resolved on the spot.
